Hello there,
Here in Boston we are set for a rainy week. I’m slightly miffed that it rained the whole weekend because I wanted to get my garden cleaned up. I’m hopeful that we get some warm weather to stay soon. The kittens love an open window!
Lots happening nowadays so maybe you need this newsletter more than you did previously. I personally would love to unplug my brain for a week because this constant bombardment of news is really not working for me.
See you next week!
I started watching this show because I wanted something like The Pitt, but without the trauma and anguish of The Pitt (everyone watch The Pitt, though!!!). Star Uhm Jung-hwa stars as a middle-aged housewife who decides to go back to work as a doctor after a life-changing diagnosis. Her husband sucks! Her doctor is hot! People say she’s too old to come back to medicine!
Exhibit by R.O. Kwon
I loved this novel. So moody! I really enjoyed Kwon’s debut novel and was interested in seeing how she changed in this follow-up. I love a good novel about art and obsession. Add to that a mysterious family curse, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t read this book.
The Cory Booker Endurance Test
Look, I don’t know why Cory Booker decided to speak for 25 hours straight. Did I watch some of it? Yes, I did and I found it boring and riveting. Why did Cory need to rizz up every fellow Democrat? Who knows!
